Fishing - If you like this sport, carry your own fishing rod and head for the lake which has an abundance of carp. A permit is required which can be obtained locally from the Irrigation Department

Treks - can be organised to Jandhidhar and Jungliagaon (8 kms).

The Weather in Naukuchiatal is more on the cooler side. The summers last between the months of March to end of June with temperatures range between 25°C and 28°C. Monsoons set in from July to end of September. Winters are during October to February and the temperatures go down to sub zero levels.
